Antique 6 Drawer J.&P Coats Cottonspool Chest Store Countertop Display.
This must have been meant for the consumer to see both sides as the advertising is on the backside. Probably displayed In The middle of the store counter. The trar advertising is a thick cardboard.
This is old and you can  see the distress from wormholes and nail holes over the decades. I'm not sure if this was refinished or not. You furniture people will be able to tell one look I'm sure. Must have been done decades ago as it has a cool patina.
