Some items may be new with tags. Others may be collectible items. We try to shoot a lot of pictures and provide a full description of what you are buying including tears, chips, breaks, discoloring, missing pieces, etc.
Please note that sometimes we make mistakes.  Please give us the chance to correct the problem or provide a full refund before you leave negative feedback.  We take customer service very seriously and will work with you and not hassle you. Our goal is to always receive positive feedback from our customers. Customers often tell us how nice we are to deal with. That is our goal.
Some of our items may be sold "AS IS" which means that we have not tested to make sure it works properly.  We will detail that in our description. Please only purchase an item like this if you are willing to fix it yourself, buying it for parts or as a collectible.
We do use the global shipping program GSP through eBay for shipping internationally. If your country is not on the GSP we do NOT ship to you.
We are always willing to combine shipping if you buy multiple items from us.
Our products are sold from our smoke-free home that is full of love from our three pugs, Penny, Quincy and Louie.
