Great to store all kinds of things on your desk or dresser.

Lid sits firmly on top.
I have been the sole owner since purchasing it in the early 1990's during my travels.
Condition is Used, Excellent.
However please view the photos and read the description to best decide how you would assess the quality as I am not an expert.
Some surface scratches mostly on the underside and one area near the edge in particular.
No marks or cracks except as intended within the natural onyx properties of the polished marble.
Was on my dresser for a couple of years after I bought it but then I stored it.
Has always been in an odor-free and smoke-free environment.
It has been in climate controlled dark storage facility for about 25 years.
