ou may return an item covered by our Standard Return Policy within 14 days from the original date of purchase and receive a full refund.
Items that are being returned must be in absolutely brand new and unused/unopened condition; there are no exceptions to this rule. Once we receive the item, we will refund you in full ASAP minus original shipping costs; you will only be refunded the purchase price and not the shipping paid. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and must be sent with Canada Post if within Canada and USPS if within the United States. 10% restocking fee is charged on all returns purchased on eBay.
Taxes:
Sales tax is charged within Canada. If buyer is outside of Canada, no taxes apply.
Shipping:
Exact rates are charged based on package weight and size. We don't mark up shipping at all, and normally lose money per shipment; the rates are as-is and we do not control shipping rates unfortunately.
