Rare Antique J & P Coats Thread Spool Cabinet with Legs & Porcelain Wheels

Up for sale is an extremely unusual 6 drawer J & P Coats Spool cabinet. This cabinet has legs and porcelain wheels, which look to be original.
I am by no means an authority on spool cabinets, but I have searched extensively and have been unable to find a similar cabinet for sale or even an image of anything close. Any other one I have found with legs appear that the spool cabinet sits on a separate base with legs, but on this cabinet the legs are actual extensions of the corners of the cabinet.
The back panel has a nice, embossed, J & P Coats Spool Cotton advertising sign. There is a chip as on the green section seen clearly in the photos. The drawers are lined with a purplish color velvet. I do not know if the knobs are original.
This spool cabinet has been well used and has some flaws. It would benefit from some careful restoration, but is a nice, unusual piece as is. We do not know the history of this piece, but it looks like some work has been done on it, and I am not sure if the finish is original. Please use photos as your guide. The cabinet measures approx. 26" wide, 19-1/2" deep, and 32" tall.
