    This is a round shaping mandrel/tool for making anklets, bangles and bracelets.  It's still new in original packaging.  I make jewelry and bought it to use and since the bracelets I make are more of elliptical shape, I can't use it.  It's solid wood, about 10 1/2" high, and 2 1/2" diameter at the base.  My home is smoke and pet free.
