To purchased this spool cabinet from the estate of a man whose family owned a general store in Virginia for decades. This is all Original, Antique Clark’s 2 Drawer Spool Cotton Cabinet Circa 1890.
Gold on glass original labeling on the drawers, "Spool Cotton" and "Clark's O.N.T.". Original hardware. Solid cabinet with no cracks or chips on glass labeling.
Beautiful antique spool cabinet.
There is an area on the top of the cabinet where it appears to have been used as a cutting surface, where it is darker. (See photo of top). This area is 1/4” deep.
