This well-drawn water decal is a souvenir from the Place of Meditation, Eisenhower Center, Abilene, Kansas, produced in the 1960's by the Baxter Lane Co.
With bright, vivid colors and great artwork, this is a one-of-a-kind piece of vintage memorabilia. It measures 3 1/2" wide by 2 1/2" tall. It is in very good condition with minor creasing and comes in its original sleeve.
