Teal General Merchant Broad Cove Nova Scotia.  The 2 digit phone number suggests early 1900's - phone books in the Nova Scotia Museum from 1915 have 2 digit numbers like this.  The Western Canada Flour Mills Company was liquidated in the 1930's.  The company name would change to Purity Flour Mills in 1945.  Very unusual to find nos shopping bags from this time period.
