vintage cereal premium DICK TRACY JUNIOR DETECTIVE KIT envelope and parts only

You are bidding on the original envelope and a few Saboteur Suspect forms from an original Dick Tracy Junior Detective Kit, I believe it is from around the 1940's, but the postmark is too faded to read.. This auction includes what you see in the picture ONLY; most of the kit is missing. The envelope is in pretty good shape for the age, it has some stains as you would expect, and the corners are bent. The saboteur suspect forms have a few stains as well, one of them is used.
