Vintage birthday part kit that includes plates, cups, napkins, and balloons. This bag of items has been unopened but the items aren't  perfect due to age. The wax cups are a little squished/broken down.
The large folder contains multiple party items including games, placemats, coloring sheets, etc. This is in great shape despite its age. All original items appear to be included.
