    Description

    This is a vintage item from "Camp Supply" [which later in January 1879 changed its name to "Fort Supply"] in the Kansas (?) prairie, that was eventually turned over to the "Department of Interior" on November 5, 1874.
    This is a vintage souvenir card
    , measures 4 1/2" x 8", and described as follows:
    (1)
    The front has an illustration of Old Fort Supply taken from Harper's Weekly Drawing - February 1869; and attached with glue to the top is an old nail described as "Souvenir of Old Fort Supply Removed from Original Building."
    (2)
    The reverse gives the story of Camp Supply as told by "Edna M. Couch, Norman, Oklahoma."
