This steel Wax Ring Mandrel offers you a quick and simple method for sizing wax ring models. T
he knurled handle of the mandrel offers you a better grip and more control when cutting.
Use the six sharp blades that run from handle to tip as a reaming tool on ring tubes and wax models. The blades are evenly spaced to put a constant pressure on all surfaces of the wax being worked. This pressure causes a perfectly round, even, and smoothly finished cut, it also puts less stress on the ring. This is especially helpful when forming or sizing small, delicate, or thin shanked rings that are fragile.

To use:
Slide this tool through the hole of wax ring or ring tube and gently rotate clockwise. As the blades turn they scrape the inner wall, enlarging the ring, leaving a smooth and even finish on the ring.
