Here we have a RARE vintage 1970's Willy Wonka Candy Trick Or Treat Safety Kit ( treat ) Bag. This bag was part of the boxed Halloween Safety Kit for the Kids. The bag is in great condition w/ no major issues like rips ,tears, stains ,holes..etc.Only  Bright graphics and cool image ! Only issue w/ this piece is the fold marks from the way it was packaged in the boxed kit otherwise 2 thumbs up!
